Run your fingers along a stem of Mayra P. and you’ll understand immediately why florists treasure this garden rose — those full, 5-inch blooms carry the classic look of a wedding centerpiece, right from your own backyard.

A repeat-flowering cut rose variety (Rosa hybrid), Mayra P. blooms from spring through fall and holds beautifully in a vase for up to 10 days. Plant her in full sun with frequent, consistent watering, and she’ll reward you generously. Your plant arrives already bloomed, 2–3 years established, currently 9–24 inches tall, and comes with soil — ready to settle into her new home. Hardy in zones 5–11, she handles a wide range of climates with ease.

For fertilizing, apply rabbit, composted chicken, or horse manure in spring and fall. She’s self-fertile but positively thrives with visits from bees, butterflies, and beneficial insects like ladybugs and lacewings. Note that she does have thorns and is non-toxic.

A proven cutting rose for Pacific Northwest gardens and beyond.
