One gift card per person and per household, regardless of how many orders are placed that day.
The order must stand
If the order is disputed, charged back, refunded, canceled, or returned below $291.06 during the 60 days, no card is issued. If it happens afterwards, the card is revoked.

Qualifying participants may choose one of the following. Fresh cut stems are arranged within 30 days. Living plants and bare roots are arranged within 60 days, subject to season.
The donation has to stick. Rewards are for donations that stay with the organization. If a donation is reversed, refunded, or charged back — before or after you claim — the reward does not stand.
One dozen premium rose stems
Twelve fresh-cut stems from our English (David Austin), Japanese (Wabara), Princess series, or premium grower selections — harvested fresh, never held.
Rose plant
Approximately 2–3 years old, professionally pruned and provided with soil. Select your preferred available variety.
Herbaceous peony bare root
A field-grown division that returns bigger every spring. Choose your preferred available variety at redemption.
Itoh peony bare root
Intersectional vigour with enormous blooms and strong stems — one of the most requested roots we grow.
Tree peony
Donate $92.10 or more and you may choose a tree peony instead of the rewards above. Tree peonies are grafted, woody, and long-lived — they hold their frame through winter and return larger every year. Choose any tree peony you like from our China Paeonia grower's collection; the photograph here is only an illustration, not the specific plant on offer. Same terms as every other reward — pickup, 60-day qualification, and variety subject to availability.
A note on timing. Tree peonies are lifted in autumn. A donation completed after December will usually be fulfilled the following fall, unless a participating vendor still has inventory on hand.
Camellia plants

- Save your actual donation receipt. It must show the organization, the donation date, and a qualifying amount.
- Submit your receipt to PhyTu for verification.
- PhyTu cross-checks the receipt with the applicable organization.
- Your donation must remain successfully completed and unreversed for 60 days.
- PhyTu contacts you to arrange pickup — fresh stems within 30 days, plants and bare roots within 60 days.

Pickup seasons
Living plants and flowers follow the seasons. Pickup is generally scheduled during:
- Late September through early December
- Late February through early June
PhyTu will reach out after your qualification period to coordinate your pickup date, location, and available varieties. Fresh rose stem availability may shift more frequently, because the flowers are harvested fresh.
Tree peonies run on a tighter calendar. They are lifted in autumn, so a donation completed after December will generally be fulfilled the following fall — sooner only if a participating vendor still has leftover inventory when you redeem.
Choosing your variety
For qualifying rose plants and peony bare roots you may select your preferred variety from what participating vendors have available at the time of redemption. Specific varieties cannot be guaranteed until pickup is scheduled — availability moves with season, crop conditions, grower inventory, and location.
English garden roses
Deeply cupped, heavily petalled, strongly fragrant — the classic romantic form.
Japanese garden roses
Muted, painterly colouring and unusually refined petal structure.
Princess series
Soft, clean pastels with an exceptionally tidy bloom shape.

Our year-round cut garden rose grower. The one-dozen fresh stem reward is drawn from this collection — including David Austin and Wabara varieties — alongside our other participating vendors.

Donation verification
To keep the promotion fair and to make sure participating organizations actually receive the intended support, every qualifying donation is verified.
- PhyTu cross-checks submitted receipts with the applicable participating organization.
- Receipts must be genuine and correspond to a successfully completed donation.
- Altered, duplicated, fabricated, or otherwise invalid receipts will not qualify.
Disputes, refunds & reversed donations
The qualifying donation must remain completed. If the donation is disputed, charged back, refunded, canceled, reversed, or otherwise withdrawn for any reason, the associated plant or floral redemption automatically becomes invalid.
If a participating organization informs PhyTu that a qualifying donation has been reversed, the individual will no longer be eligible to claim the complimentary plant or rose stems associated with that donation.
Fraudulent receipts, or intentional donation reversals made after claiming or attempting to claim a promotional reward, may also result in the individual being ineligible for future PhyTu promotional programs.

- No reward is issued if the donation is disputed, charged back, refunded, reversed, or cancelled before the reward is claimed
- If a donation is disputed, charged back, refunded, reversed, or cancelled after a reward has been claimed, the reward is forfeited and PhyTu may invoice its full retail value
- Filing a chargeback does not override these terms. Repeat or deliberate reversals after claiming a reward may result in exclusion from future promotions
- Fresh rose stems arranged within 30 days; rose plants and peony bare roots within 60 days
- One participant may select one rose plant, twelve fresh rose stems, one herbaceous peony bare root, or one Itoh peony bare root — or, at the $92.10 tier, one tree peony from the China Paeonia grower
