Few plants bring the romance of a cutting garden quite like Harper, a garden rose bred for the vase as much as the yard. Your Harper arrives as a 2–3 year old plant (9–24″ tall), already bloomed and ready to settle into your garden. Plant it where it receives full sun and water frequently to keep roots consistently moist. Hardy in zones 5–11, it grows at a medium pace and thrives when you top-dress with rabbit or composted chicken or horse manure each spring and fall. Bees, butterflies, ladybugs, and lacewings are its natural allies — welcome them in.

Non-invasive and non-toxic, Harper suits both established garden beds and container growing. A grower-quality cutting rose for the home gardener who wants flowers worth keeping.
