There’s something quietly luxurious about cutting a fresh rose from your own garden — still warm from the sun, stem in hand, ready for a vase on your kitchen table.
This garden rose (Rosa) is a repeat-blooming cutting variety bred for long vase life (9–11 days), making it equally at home in wedding arrangements or everyday bouquets. Your plant arrives already established — 2 to 3 years old, 9 to 24 inches tall, and has already bloomed — so you’re not starting from scratch.
Plant it in full sun and water frequently. It’s self-fertile but truly thrives with pollinators: bees, butterflies, ladybugs, and lacewings all support heavier bloom cycles. Feed with rabbit or composted chicken or horse manure each spring and fall. Hardy in zones 5–11, it shows good resistance to disease, heat, and rain.
This is a medium-growth, deciduous shrub with thorns — non-toxic, non-invasive, and rewarding from spring through fall.
A living gift that keeps giving back.
