You’ll receive a dormant bareroot plant, 2–3 years old with 2–3 established branches, shipped at 10–25 inches tall. By its first spring, expect growth reaching around 3 feet. Water moderately during establishment, keeping soil evenly moist but never waterlogged — especially in winter. A light layer of mulch after planting protects roots in colder climates.
