Misakinadeshiko Rose Misakinadeshiko is a delightful sport of the beloved Misaki, bred by the renowned Japanese rose breeder Keiji Kunieda. Also known as みさきなでしこ，this exquisite rose captivates with its delicate, frilled blooms and powerful old-rose fragrance. This compact shrub reaches a mature height of approximately 80 cm, making it ideal for containers, small gardens, and romantic border plantings. The blooms measure 6–8 cm in diameter, boasting an incredible 100 petals per flower. Soft pink and wonderfully full, they open from classic cup-shaped buds into stunning rosette blooms. The petals are elegantly ruffled with a lovely lace-like edge, and the outer petals take on a delicate, translucent glow in sunlight. In high temperatures, the ruffled effect becomes more subtle.
