Each bunch includes 12 stems, harvested in a more closed stage for safe transit — so expect them to bloom gradually once they’ve had a chance to rehydrate. On arrival, trim one inch from each stem, remove foliage below the waterline, and place them in cool fresh water with flower food. Keep the cardboard collar on during that first 24–48 hour hydration period to support the stems upright. A cool room away from direct sun, heat, drafts, and ripening fruit will help them last.
