Birds ship via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express (typically 2–3 business days), with limited Midwest door-to-door delivery. Each poultry type ships separately and must meet its own minimum. A Live Arrival and 48-Hour Livability Guarantee applies — report any concerns by phone within 48 hours of delivery.
Changes or cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM Central the Friday before your scheduled delivery. A proper brooder setup is required before birds arrive. All live-animal sales are final once fulfillment is booked.
