There’s something extraordinary about watching peafowl fan their iridescent trains across a homestead while guineas patrol the perimeter with their tireless, chattering vigilance. This combination brings together two of the most visually striking and functionally useful gamebirds you can raise — peafowl for their ceremonial beauty and guinea fowl for their legendary tick and pest control.
Both species are hardy once established, thriving in free-range or large-pen settings with access to roost height, fresh water, and a high-protein gamebird feed. Peafowl are slow to mature but long-lived; guineas are vocal, social, and alert from the start.
Peachicks and keets ship June through August via USPS Priority Mail (typically 2–3 business days), with limited Midwest door-to-door delivery available. Peafowl orders require a minimum of 8 peachicks; each bird type must meet its own minimum and ships separately. A proper brooder must be ready before arrival.
