Canette Rose Canette Rose is an exquisite new rose variety bred by Makiko Kawamoto of Kawamoto Rose Garden in Japan, introduced in 2024. Known as カネット in Japanese, this exceptional variety brings sophisticated color and graceful form to modern gardens and floral arrangements. With a compact growth habit, Canette reaches a mature height of 80–100 cm, making it ideal for patio containers, flower beds, and small garden spaces. Its neat, manageable size suits both beginner gardeners and rose enthusiasts seeking refined beauty. The blooms measure 6–8 cm across, featuring vibrant red or rich magenta petals with intense color saturation. The deep, luminous hue intensifies in sunlight, while cooler temperatures lend a cool, elegant magenta tone. Its single-petaled form opens beautifully like a lotus, with smooth, outward-spreading petals that showcase a striking cluster of golden stamens at the center—creating a clean, artistic, and utterly captivating appearance.
