Crack open the brooder and get ready — pheasant chicks carry a wild, iridescent energy that no backyard flock quite replicates. These hatchery-sourced gamebirds (order Galliformes, various species) arrive as day-old or young chicks, bright-eyed and ready to grow into the striking birds you’ve been planning for. Temperament and maturity traits vary by species, so ask us what’s right for your setup.
Availability runs April through July, with a minimum order of 30 chicks. Live birds ship via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express (typically 2–3 business days), with limited regional door-to-door delivery in parts of the Midwest. Different poultry types ship separately, and each must meet its own minimum. A proper brooder setup is required before your birds arrive.
Your order includes a Live Arrival and 48-Hour Livability Guarantee — report any concerns by phone within 48 hours of delivery. Changes or cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM Central the Wednesday before your scheduled ship date. All live-animal sales are final once fulfillment is booked.
