Available April through early August, these hatchery-sourced chicks require a properly set-up brooder before arrival. Order minimums are 15 bantam chicks for shipping; hatchery pickup in Webster City requires a minimum of 10 bantams. Birds ship via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express (typically 2–3 business days), with limited regional door-to-door delivery available in parts of the Midwest. Different poultry types ship separately, each meeting its own minimum.
Changes or cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM Central the Friday before scheduled delivery. Report any live-arrival or livability concerns by phone within 48 hours. All live-animal sales are final once fulfillment is booked.
