There’s something quietly extraordinary about watching a heritage turkey poult take its first curious steps — and this 10-poult starter pack is how that story begins. These are hatchery-sourced live birds bred for backyard flocks, homesteads, breeding programs, and specialty poultry projects. Breed mix and traits vary by pack.
Available May through September, poults ship via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express (typically 2–3 business days), with limited regional door-to-door delivery in parts of the Midwest. Different poultry types ship separately, and each must meet its own minimum. Hatch and ship dates may shift due to weather or safe-shipping conditions — this is the nature of working with living creatures.
Your brooder must be fully set up before birds arrive. Inspect your poults immediately and report any live-arrival or livability concerns by phone within 48 hours. Changes or cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM Central the Thursday before scheduled delivery. Sexing and exact availability aren’t guaranteed 100%. All live-animal sales are final once fulfillment is booked.
