Chicks ship via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express (typically 2–3 business days), with regional door-to-door delivery available in parts of the Midwest. A Live Arrival and 48-Hour Livability Guarantee covers your order—report any concerns by phone within 48 hours. Changes or cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM Central the Friday before your scheduled ship date. Have your brooder fully set up before they arrive.
