There’s something quietly breathtaking about watching Miyabi open — deep rose-pink outer petals gradually giving way to a warm, creamy center that unfolds into a full, pleated rosette stretching more than five inches across. This is Japanese Wabara rose craftsmanship at its finest.
Miyabi (Rosa ‘Miyabi’) is a cutting and garden rose bred in Japan, prized for its 100+ petal count, large bloom size, and elegant rosette form that photographs beautifully in both gardens and vases. She’s a reliable repeat bloomer from spring through fall with a 10-day vase life, making her equally rewarding to grow and to cut.
Plant in full sun with frequent, consistent watering. Hardy in zones 5–10, she’ll reach about 4 feet at maturity. Fertilize with rabbit, composted chicken, or horse manure each spring and fall. She’s self-fertile and welcomes bees, butterflies, and beneficial insects.
Your plant arrives 9–24 inches tall, 2–3 years old, already bloomed, and comes with soil — ready to settle into your Pacific Northwest garden.
