Shipping Policy
PhyTu does not ship, pack, or transport any items. Each vendor sets and fulfills their own shipping, handling, and local-pickup terms, shown on the individual listing.
Vendor-Managed Shipping
Every vendor establishes separate shipping rules, rates, carriers, handling times, and shipping regions. These details appear on the listing and at checkout. Please contact the vendor directly with any shipping questions before or after ordering.
Fulfillment Timing & Live Goods
Live plants, animals, and other biological materials may ship on seasonal or condition-dependent schedules. An order may contain items from different vendors with different fulfillment windows, and those items may ship separately. Delivery timing, live-goods arrival, and dead-on-arrival claims are governed by the vendor's listing and by PhyTu's live plant and live animal policies.
Local Pickup
Some items are local-pickup only. Pickup is arranged directly between the buyer and vendor, and items are accepted as-is at the time of exchange.
Shipping Problems & Claims
PhyTu does not handle shipping claims. Delays, damage, loss, and courier decisions are between the buyer and the vendor; a vendor may assist with a courier claim only if their listing says so. Report any shipping problem to the vendor promptly through the PhyTu order or messaging system. See the Return & Refund Policy for how shipping issues relate to the final-sale policy.
