Tsu Ula is a Japanese garden rose bearing layered, ruffled petals in blush and cream, repeating from spring through fall at a medium growth rate. Plant in full sun and water frequently. Feed with rabbit or composted chicken or horse manure each spring and fall. Self-fertile, non-toxic, and non-invasive, it draws bees, butterflies, ladybugs, and lacewings, and suits cottage borders and shrub plantings.

Supplied as a two to three year old plant, 9–24 inches tall, that has already bloomed, with soil included.
