A mature 2–3 year old plant that has already bloomed, this repeat-flowering shrub arrives ready to perform in your garden from spring through fall. Place it where it receives full sun and water it consistently — roses reward attentiveness. At 9–24 inches currently, it will fill out steadily at a medium growth rate. Suitable for a wide range of climates, it’s non-invasive and non-toxic, making it a genuinely versatile landscape choice. Feed it rabbit or composted chicken and horse manure each spring and fall, and watch pollinators — bees, butterflies, ladybugs, lacewings — find their way to the blooms naturally. This self-fertile shrub does its best work with biodiversity around it. The three-tone flower coloring shifts beautifully as each bloom matures, giving you a living display that changes week to week. A rose worth growing slowly.
