Donation verification

Submit your donation receipt

PhyTu never collects the donation itself. This form stores your receipt as a private verification record. With your permission, the receipt may be sent to the nonprofit you donated to so the donation can be confirmed. After verification, PhyTu emails you the confirmed pickup location and time.

Grow Hope rewards: every verified donation amount qualifies for complimentary tree peony seeds, while supplies last. $29.10 or more to Pasado’s, Fred Hutch or SR3 also qualifies for your choice of clumping bamboo or New Zealand flax (Phormium). A QUA4U donation of more than $29.10 qualifies for the same two-plant choice plus a $10 PhyTu account credit. The $10 credit is exclusive to qualifying QUA4U donors; if you do not yet have a PhyTu account, use the same email here and when you register so the verified credit can attach automatically.
