Träumerei Japanese garden rose plant flower bush shrub

Your garden deserves a rose that earns its keep from May through frost — and Trä delivers exactly that. This Japanese garden rose greets you with soft, layered blooms and that unmistakable warm rose fragrance season after season, drawing in bees, butterflies, and beneficial lacewings as natural partners. Plant your Trä in full sun and water consistently to keep it thriving. Come spring and fall, feed it with rabbit manure or composted chicken or horse manure — old-school nutrition that produces genuinely lush results. Self-fertile and repeat-flowering from spring through fall, this 2-to-3-year-old shrub arrives already having bloomed, so it’s garden-ready at 9–24 inches tall. Suitable for a wide range of climates, it grows at a medium pace. Non-toxic and a genuine magnet for pollinators, Trä is the kind of repeat-blooming shrub rose that becomes the heart of the garden. This is a 2–3 year old plant that has already bloomed, so you’re not waiting seasons to see what you’ve got. Growing 9–24″ now with a medium growth rate, it repeats from spring through fall. Plant it where it receives full sun and water frequently — roses reward consistency. Fertilize with rabbit, composted chicken, or horse manure each spring and fall to keep bloom cycles strong. What makes this one worth knowing: it’s self-fertile and genuinely welcomes bees, butterflies, ladybugs, and lacewings, making it a living part of your garden ecosystem rather than just a showpiece. No invasiveness concerns, not toxic to pets or people, and it comes ready to plant with soil included.
