These garden roses (Rosa hybrid) arrive intentionally closed for safe transit, which means you get to watch them bloom. On arrival, trim one inch from each stem at an angle, strip any foliage below the waterline, and place them in a clean vase with cool water and flower food. Keep the cardboard sleeve on during the first 24–48 hours of hydration — it helps the stems stand upright while they drink. Store away from heat, direct sun, drafts, and ripening fruit.
