Open the door on a warm afternoon and catch the first sweet wave of fragrance drifting from your garden — that’s the promise of the Rongrongyue garden rose. This 2-to-3-year-old plant arrives already having bloomed, giving you a meaningful head start on the lush, layered display you’re working toward. Thriving in full sun and hardy, this repeat-flowering shrub puts on a show from spring through fall, reaching 9–24 inches at current size with a medium growth rate. Water frequently to keep roots happy, and feed each spring and fall with rabbit or composted chicken or horse manure for the richest blooms. Yes— wear gloves when pruning. What makes it genuinely rewarding is its self-fertile nature and its ability to draw in bees, butterflies, ladybugs, and lacewings, supporting your garden’s whole ecosystem. Non-toxic and non-invasive, it comes ready to plant with soil included. Your garden deserves a rose with this much history already behind it. This is a 2–3 year old plant that has already bloomed, so you’re not waiting seasons to see what you’ve got. Growing 9–24″ now with a medium growth rate, it repeats from spring through fall. Plant it where it receives full sun and water frequently — roses reward consistency. Fertilize with rabbit, composted chicken, or horse manure each spring and fall to keep bloom cycles strong. What makes this one worth knowing: it’s self-fertile and genuinely welcomes bees, butterflies, ladybugs, and lacewings, making it a living part of your garden ecosystem rather than just a showpiece. No invasiveness concerns, not toxic to pets or people, and it comes ready to plant with soil included.
