Coral Gelee Rose, bred by Junko Kawamoto (Japan) and released in 2011, features coral-colored petals forming soft, jelly-like bowls—dense, no visible center, unfurling from cups to rosettes. It has a lychee-like fruity fragrance, 8-10cm blooms with excellent longevity, retaining shape without fading. Thrives in heat, blooms year-round: ruffled edges in spring/autumn, smooth in hot summer. Narrow upright shrub with strong climbing traits, 150-200cm tall (not ideal for pots). Good disease resistance, susceptible to black spot.
