All That Jazz is an Itoh intersectional peony (Paeonia Itoh hybrid) bearing richly saturated semi-double flowers in late spring to early summer, with a fragrance that carries across the garden. Itoh hybrids combine the flower form of tree peonies with the cold hardiness and self-supporting growth of herbaceous types; the stems hold the flowers upright without staking. Plants reach 24–36 inches tall and spread 30–48 inches wide. Grow in full sun to part sun in rich, well-drained soil with consistent moisture during active growth. Hardy in USDA zones 3–8. Cut stems to the ground after frost each fall.
