💳 Refund administrative chargeRefunds are issued less a non-refundable administrative charge of 3.5% + $0.80 on the original transaction. This covers payment processing and tax calculation fees retained by our providers, plus the administrative cost of processing the refund. Refunds required by law, and verified dead-on-arrival claims under the Live Plant Policy, are refunded in full.

Twelve stems of Capability (Rosa ‘Capability’), a David Austin variety with deeply cupped, densely petalled blooms and soft layered colouring in the old-garden style. Stems are cut farm-direct and shipped overnight at tight bud stage so the flowers open after arrival.

Trim stems at an angle, place in cool fresh water, keep away from direct sun and heat sources, and change the water every two days. Blooms unfurl fully over three to five days. Order at least two weeks ahead of the event date. Taxes are included.
