Already 2–3 years old and blooming, this shrub arrives ready to perform, currently standing 9–24″ and growing at a medium pace toward its mature size. Plant it in full sun and water frequently to keep it happy through its long spring-to-fall bloom season. It’s hardy across zones 5–11, making it one of the more versatile garden roses available in the Pacific Northwest.

Feed it rabbit, chicken, or composted horse manure each spring and fall — roses reward that kind of attention generously. Pollinators like bees, butterflies, and beneficial insects will visit regularly, supporting your whole garden ecosystem.

A well-established, thornful rose with real staying power — this one earns its place.
