Ziling

Ziling Rose (2024 Binfen Spray Rose: Temperature – Driven Blue – Purple Blooms with Long Vase Life) Bred by Binfen Roses in 2024, Ziling is a show – stopping spray cut rose that enchants with its temperature – responsive blue – purple hues, ruffled cup – shaped blooms, thick petals, and a generous 7–10 – day single bloom life—featuring 8 cm flowers that glow deep purple in cool weather, soften to dreamy pink – purple in heat, and grow on 80–110 cm upright shrubs perfect for lush bouquets, event centerpieces, or Instagram – worthy floral arrangements that stay fresh and vivid for over a week. Growing to 80–110 cm tall with sturdy stems ideal for cutting, it forms a bushy, productive shrub suited for cutting gardens or large patio containers. Each spray is a visual masterpiece: dense clusters of blooms open into tight cup shapes with neatly ruffled edges, their thick petals holding form beautifully from bud to full bloom. The color magic takes center stage—cool days bring rich, saturated blue – purple tones, while warmer temperatures gently fade blooms to soft pink – purple, adding unique depth to every arrangement. With nearly no fragrance, it’s a fantastic choice for scent – sensitive spaces like offices, hospitals, or bedrooms, and its spray – type flowering means abundant clusters of blooms repeat from spring to fall, letting you craft endless lush bouquets that shine in any setting. For best results, plant Ziling in full sun (6+ hours daily) and well – drained, fertile soil to boost stem strength and color vibrancy. Light pruning in late winter (cut back to 3–5 healthy buds per stem) and regular deadheading encourage continuous sprays of blooms. Water deeply 1–2 times weekly, and feed with a phosphorus – rich rose fertilizer every 4–6 weeks during the growing season to fuel its heavy flushes. Its thick petals resist wilting, and the upright growth habit needs minimal staking, making it a reliable cut – flower star for both home gardeners and floral designers. This 2024 Chinese – bred gem blends dramatic color shifts with practical performance, turning every bunch into a one – of – a – kind display that captures the magic of changing seasons.
