Xiuyan Tapestry

Xiuyan Rose (羞颜 /Tapestry )GrowthType: ShrubRoseApplication: Potted OrnamentalXiuyan Rose is a stunning sport variety of Ligare Rose, discovered in a Chinese nursery and introduced in 2022. Standing at 100–120 cm tall, this upright rose bush produces 8 cm-wide blooms with a unique peony-like shape, serrated edges, and a delicate fuzzy texture. Its pink-striped flowers are highly responsive to environmental changes—shifting to warm orange tones in cool weather and soft pink hues when temperatures rise. Boasting a captivating fragrance that blends classic Damask rose notes with a hint of fresh fruit, it delivers exceptional performance in spring and autumn. Each flower lasts approximately 5 days, while summer blooms tend to be smaller and shorter-lived due to moderate heat tolerance. With sturdy branches and good resistance to black spot and powdery mildew, Xiuyan Rose is a delightful addition to gardens or cut flower arrangements, perfect for rose enthusiasts seeking distinctive, color-changing blooms.
