Win Cas

Win Cas Rose (Royal Citadel Rose) A sensational 2025 Dutch new-release rose, Win Cas is a regal, upright shrub that turns gardens into a royal spectacle with its dramatic grey-purple and green bi-color blooms, thick petals, tight buds, slow-opening grace, and exceptional long bloom life—ideal for statement plantings, elegant cut flower arrangements, or adding aristocratic flair to formal garden borders, perfect for gardeners who crave unique, long-lasting color and sophisticated floral structure. Growing to a statuesque 90–120 centimeters tall, this Dutch beauty forms an upright, well-branched bush that adds vertical presence to any landscape, fitting seamlessly in medium to large gardens or spacious patio containers. The blooms are a masterpiece of color artistry: a low-saturation grey-purple center that contrasts stunningly with a distinct green outer edge, creating a look of royal velvet trimmed with emerald. Each 8–10 centimeter flower features thick, durable petals and a tightly closed bud that unfurls slowly, prolonging the bloom’s beauty and shape for weeks on end. This slow-opening trait, paired with thick petals, ensures the flowers stay fresh and intact through light rain or wind, while the long bloom life makes it a standout for cut arrangements that stay gorgeous indoors for days. Win Cas thrives in full sun with well-drained soil and good airflow, rewarding gardeners with repeat blooms from spring to fall. Basic care includes regular deadheading, light pruning in early spring to encourage strong new growth, and monthly fertilization during the growing season to support its abundant flowering. Its unique color contrast, thick-petaled durability, and slow-opening elegance make it a crown jewel of any rose collection, showcasing the innovative excellence of Dutch rose breeding in 2025.
