Tapestry Rose: 2024 Takunori Kimura Japan Floribunda—Orange-Pink Gradient, Rosette Blooms & Abundant Flowers Introducing Tapestry Rose (日文: タペストリ), the 2024 floral masterpiece from renowned Japanese breeder Takunori Kimura that weaves a carpet of warm color in your garden! Standing at 90–120cm tall with upright, bushy growth, this floribunda rose dazzles with 8–10cm blooms in a breathtaking gradient: bright, sunlit orange at the core blushing into deep, velvety pink outer petals—like a hand-woven tapestry of sunset hues. Each flower boasts rounded petals forming lush rosette shapes, and with its “floribunda” nature, it produces clusters of blooms from spring to fall, creating a continuous blanket of warmth that feels both vibrant and comforting. A medium, pleasant fragrance lingers—soft floral notes mixed with a hint of ripe citrus—adding a sensory layer to its visual splendor.True to its name “Tapestry,” this rose is a living work of art: the orange-to-pink gradient is seamless and vivid, never muddled, while the rounded rosette petals add depth and texture, like threads stitched into a rich fabric. Its bushy, upright habit makes it perfect for garden borders, hedges, or large patio containers—where its abundant blooms can spread into a “flower carpet” that steals the show. The medium fragrance is inviting without being overwhelming, making it ideal for outdoor seating areas, walkways, or cutting gardens where you can enjoy both sight and scent. At 90–120cm tall, it strikes the perfect balance between vertical interest and ground coverage, and as a 2024 new release, it brings the precision of Japanese breeding to gardens craving unique, long-blooming color.
