Rur Vel Shi Rose (a suspected Tantau “Country Series” cut variety, source unconfirmed), 90cm tall with 8-10cm blooms. Red (black-red in low temps, bright red in heat) with subtle velvet texture, bud-like initially, opening to Austin-style shape. No distinct fragrance, 10+-day vase life. Bold and adaptable!
