Ramukan

Ramukan Rose: Japanese-Bred Shrub—6–10cm Color-Changing Blooms & 100+ Ruffled Petals Crafted by Japanese breeder Hiroshi Ogawa before 2013, Ramukan (ラムカン, “Herbal Medicine” in Chinese) is a captivating shrub rose that acts as a “chameleon of color”: its 6–10cm blooms shift from deep peach-pink in early stages to rich magenta mid-bloom, finally maturing into soft pink-purple—each phase revealing a distinct beauty. Complemented by over 100 exquisitely arranged wavy petals, subtle greenish-yellow center accents (on occasion), and a light fresh fragrance, it’s a小众 gem for gardeners craving unique, dynamic blooms.True to its Japanese breeding heritage, Ramukan blends artistry and resilience: the 100+ ruffled petals form a full, lush bloom with a delicate sheen of pink on the edges, while the center leans deeper red, creating natural depth. As seasons and blooms progress, the color evolution becomes a garden spectacle—early blooms glow with warm peach-pink, mid-season blooms deepen to vivid magenta, and late blooms soften into dreamy pink-purple. The occasional subtle greenish-yellow center adds a whimsical twist, making each flower one-of-a-kind. Standing 80–100cm tall, this bushy shrub produces abundant blooms from spring to fall, with exceptional longevity per flower, letting you savor each color phase fully. Its light, fresh fragrance (like herbal tea with floral hints) elevates patio nooks or cut flower arrangements without overwhelming.
