Ornamental Layers Chick Assortment

There’s something electric about the moment a box of day-old chicks arrives — that soft chorus of peeping, the warmth radiating from the cardboard. Phytu’s Ornamental Layers Chick Assortment brings that experience to your backyard flock or homestead with hatchery-sourced birds selected for visual variety and egg-laying potential. Egg color, temperament, and breed rarity vary by package, so every assortment holds a little surprise.

Available February through early July. Order minimums: 25 chicks January–March, 15 in April, 6 in May–September. Webster City hatchery pickup minimum is 6. Birds ship via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express (typically 2–3 business days); limited Midwest door-to-door delivery is available.
