Shipping: Live birds ship according to hatchery availability and safe-shipping conditions. Different poultry types ship separately, and each type in the order must meet its own minimum. USPS Priority Mail and Priority Express are typically about 2-3 business days, and limited regional door-to-door delivery is available in parts of the Midwest.
Guarantee: Live Arrival and 48-Hour Livability. Losses or order issues must be reported by phone within 48 hours of arrival.
Changes/cancellations: Changes/cancellations for waterfowl must be made by 12:00 PM Central on the Friday before scheduled delivery; McMurray states a late fee may apply from 12:00 PM-4:00 PM Central that Friday.
Important: All live-animal sales are final. Hatch/ship dates can move for weather, hatch schedules, or safe-shipping conditions. Sexing, exact hatch timing, and availability are not guaranteed 100%. Proper brooder setup is required before arrival.

Live-bird shipping charges and USPS surcharges apply, different poultry types may ship separately and must meet their own minimums, and all live-animal sales are final once fulfillment is booked. Buyers will inspect the birds on arrival and report any live-arrival/livability issue within 48 hours.
