Liu Ying Rose: 2025 Tianlang Climber—6 cm Blue-Purple Gradient Blooms & Explosive Flowering A stunning 2025 creation by Jiang Zhengzhi of Tianlang Roses, Liu Ying (流影) is a versatile small climber that transforms any space with its 6 cm blooms—shifting from deep blue-purple centers to soft gray-pink edges—and its explosive flowering habit, producing dozens of flowers per stem for a dramatic, ball-like effect. Bred for Chinese gardeners, it combines vibrant color transitions with low-maintenance performance, making it a top choice for walls, trellises, or containers.True to its name (Liu Ying means “flowing shadow”), this small climber (120–200 cm) features blooms that unfurl a captivating color journey: deep blue-purple at the center fades to soft gray-pink at the edges, creating rich layers that shift subtly in light. The 6 cm blooms open into classic flat rosettes with tightly packed petals, forming a delicate yet dense ball of color. With a single stem capable of producing dozens of blooms, it delivers an explosive flowering effect—ideal for creating a dramatic focal point on a trellis, wall, or pergola. Its compact size (120–200 cm) makes it suitable for containers, while its strong growth habit supports climbing. The 5-day single bloom life and scentless nature make it perfect for cut flower bouquets or as a low-fuss addition to any garden border.
