Lat Art

The Lat Art Rose, named ラテア-ト in Japanese, is a unique creation by Takumitsu Kimura in Japan in 2008. Standing at around 60 cm tall, it brings a distinct charm to any garden. The 6 – 8 cm blooms are truly eye – catching. They display a beautiful beige – brown color, with semi – sword – shaped petals that unfurl gracefully. Even when the flower center separates, it still maintains an elegant form, like a flower blooming in the heart of a city. A faint, delightful tea – like fragrance wafts from these blossoms. In spring and autumn, during the cooler months, the flowers are especially stunning. What’s more, it blooms throughout the year. However, it’s important to note that this rose has a relatively weak growth potential and disease resistance. Despite this, its one – of – a – kind appearance and continuous blooming make it a captivating choice for rose enthusiasts who are willing to provide a bit more care. Whether planted in a small flower bed or used in a potted display, the Lat Art Rose is sure to draw attention with its special charm.
