Hua’erqi Rose: Yunnan cut flower with unknown origin. A Chinese rose variety also called “Hua’erqi” or “Hua’erji”. Plant height around 100cm, flower diameter 6-8cm. Cup-shaped blooms feature creamy yellow centers and outer petals edged with orange-red. Petals are thick and fleshy, boasting a long single-flower blooming period. As a cut flower, it’s rarely grown by hobby gardeners, so specific disease resistance remains untested. Similar to the Australian rose variety “Alison”.
