There’s something special about welcoming a Crévecoeur into your flock. One of the oldest French breeds still in existence, this calm, gentle bird carries real heritage weight — a conversation piece that also earns its place as a productive layer of white eggs. If you’re building a backyard flock with character, or adding depth to a breeding program, the Crévecoeur rewards patient, attentive keepers.
