Bosi Wuqun

Bosi Wuqun Rose (2024 Binfen Miniature: Fairy Skirt-Inspired Blush Blooms with Lotus Shape) Bred by Binfen Roses in 2024, Bosi Wuqun is an enchanting miniature rose that captivates with its fairy skirt-like petals, environment-responsive blush pink hues, and elegant lotus-bud form—boasting 4 cm blooms with soft, cloud-like pink that shifts with temperature and light, layered petals with charming pointed tips, a delicate fragrance, and a compact 30–50 cm frame, perfect for windowsill planters, fairy gardens, or dainty cut flower arrangements that exude serene sweetness. Growing 30–50 cm tall into a bushy, compact shrub, it fits beautifully in small spaces like balconies, tabletops, or garden borders. Each bloom is a work of art: tightly packed petals form a classic lotus shape, with each petal featuring a playful pointed tip that mimics the ruffled edge of a fairy’s skirt. The soft blush pink isn’t static—cooler temperatures deepen the hue, while brighter light gently softens it, thanks to temperature and light-sensitive anthocyanin pigments. This subtle color shift adds ever-changing charm, while the delicate fragrance lingers softly without overwhelming. As a prolific bloomer, it covers itself in clusters of blooms repeatedly from spring to fall, bringing a touch of whimsy to any setting. For best results, plant Bosi Wuqun in full sun (6+ hours daily) and well-drained, fertile soil to enhance color vibrancy and bloom production. Light pruning in late winter (cutting back to 3–5 healthy buds per stem) and regular deadheading encourage continuous flowering. Water deeply 1–2 times weekly, and feed with a balanced rose fertilizer every 4–6 weeks during the growing season to fuel its heavy flushes. It exhibits good adaptability to urban environments, with a compact habit that requires minimal maintenance—ideal for both novice and experienced gardeners. This 2024 Chinese-bred gem blends fairy-tale form, dynamic color, and gentle fragrance, making it a must-have for lovers of charming, low-fuss miniature roses.
