A soft peach-toned centre held inside frilly, creamy outer petals — over 80 petals to a bloom, opening slowly from a tight 1.8″ bud to a full 5.2″ head across about six days. Large-headed, no side shoots, and no fragrance. Bred in Japan. Vase life around 8 days.
Plant in full sun with free-draining soil and water deeply and consistently — roses reward regularity more than volume. Feed with well-rotted rabbit, composted chicken or horse manure in early spring and again after the first flush.
Roses are not toxic to cats, dogs or people, and the open blooms are worked by bees, hoverflies and lacewings through the season.
